Newsletter September

Last week and weekend were running high-days with UTMB. That also means that the holiday is coming to an end. September-October are still busy race / marathon months and that other ultra-monument Spartathlon. After that you don't want to end up in a running dip. And we will help you with that of course. From December we present you 3 running events in 3 months time.

In December we will introduce you to the largest forest area in East Flanders. You know the Drongengoedbos? Yes then you are sure to be there. No, then you should definitely get to know this forest. Subscribe quickly, only 600 places available! And the kids? They just run/walk along (there are children's distances), go to the Saint and play on the bouncy castles. INFO

In January we already run for the 6th time through the largest forest in West Flanders. The new 10km course is already ready. And also the other distances get a lot of news. Sign up now.  INFO

In February 2020, just like in 2016, 2018, we have another 24h race. Marathon runners can run one or even 3 marathons - one on Saturday afternoon, at night and Sunday morning. "More" is not just more distance. But also short races that offer something more than just jogging. Here we come up with something nice and new. INFO

In the meantime we regularly place pictures of the trail races on our social wall. And our main (dutch) website has moved to our new location: www.marathonandmore.be

If you have some input for our info-evening, partnership, help on the events, ... Let us know. With all our readers, runners together we are strong. MAIL

Please read our "info & conditions". Nobody likes to read the small print. Did you know that your registration with us will be refunded in full if your injury occurs during the pre-registration period? And that dogs are also welcome on the trails. Or that participants are insured against physical injuries at our KBAB competitions. So be sure to read them again. And, you don't have to wait any longer to register, given our interesting cancellation policy.

We are going to encourage the runners between Athens and Sparta at the end of September, so you can expect our next newsletter a week later.
